Please complete the following form by EOD Friday, March 12. The form is based on the official TEDx media upload request. Please note that there are character limits on the free-text responses. You will not be able to make changes after the videos have been uploaded.

Videos will not be made available individually for review prior to submission. Our video editing team has done an excellent job. Speakers are often overly critical of their own performance and we are unable to make additional revisions. We ask for your understanding and trust in putting forth a high quality video.
