Generation Z will be the leaders in every faction of life including the workforce by 2030, (in 5 years). Some say this group of humans are lazy but statistics say they ARE challenging the status quo. My big idea is to pull lessons that we all can learn and adapt to from this nonconformity state of being. It isn’t “this is how its always been done” anymore.

As the founder and CEO of UniquelyME Consulting, she is dedicated to helping individuals embrace their true selves and overcome obstacles that hinder their personal and professional growth. In addition, Jennifer serves as a Coordinator in Career Development at Heartland Community College. In this role, she supports students in their career journeys, helping them navigate their professional paths with purpose and resilience.
